NORFOLK TUG COMPANY

Our goal with this project was to create an oasis within an industrial parking lot. We transformed the client’s existing parking lot into a vibrant retreat inspired by the layered, multi-season ambiance of the famous NYC Highline. By adding shoreline buffer plantings, a planted sand dune, a meadow planting, and hardy Live Oaks, we integrated the local ecosystem to provide a haven for pollinators and birds, while offering employees a beautiful resting place to enjoy.
